What you need to know

Corduroy is a material that is still very popular, however it is not commonly found in shops or on the high street any more. It is related to Doctors and Academics and can be seen on celebrities such as Stephen Fry and Paul Merton. Corduroy can say a lot about the person wearing it, it is comfortable and easy to wear, but will keep you looking smart and sophisticated throughout the day.

I have made this Jacket out of my Fine Corduroy, this has 16 wales to the inch which is more than the standard wale count. It has a softer feel and a more subtle corduroy look.

Style Features

I have styled this Jacket to follow the design of a standard Single Breasted Jacket. With 2 buttons on the front, twin vents and notch lapels, it is smart and in-keeping with the current fashion. I have also added flap pockets a standard breast pocket and real working cuffs which can be undone and folded back if needed to be put out of the way.
You can change many of the features above and there are many more to choose from in the personalisation section.

I have a variety of different lining and piping colours to choose from, I have already chosen a colour that I think compliments the colour of the Jacket you have chosen, but please feel free to change this to your own choice and add your own personal touch to your perfect Jacket.

Suit Quality

I go to the trouble of putting extra details on my Jackets to ensure that they are of the best quality. Corduroy is also a material that is likely to be worn a lot so it is essential that the structure of the suit is built for daily wear. I add the little details that ensure you that we do not skip on quality.
I add D stitches to the corners of all of the pockets, this adds extra strength and reinforces the pockets to make sure that they do not split or tear. This is a detail that I believe should be on all garments, but it is time consuming to add and is therefore costly.
